  • Abstract must not exceed 250 words
  • Use Times New Roman, 12pt font
  • Include title, authors, affiliations, and keywords
  • Both oral and poster presentations available

📋 General Guidelines for Offline Participants

  1. Report to the session venue at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled session time for presentation upload and other formalities.
  2. Follow the instructions of the session chair and technical staff during the session.
  3. Save and submit your presentation file using your allotted Paper ID as the file name.

🎓 Faculty Invited Lecture (Oral)

8 minutes (including Q&A)
  1. 8 minutes will be given for each oral presentation (including questions & answers).
  2. Please ensure that font size and drawings are legible to the audience.
  3. Participants are advised to adhere to the time limit.
  4. The presentation should be given to the A.V. Incharge 30 minutes before the session.

📚 Academician / Research Scholar (Oral)

5 minutes (including Q&A)
  1. 5 minutes will be given for each oral presentation (including questions & answers).
  2. Please ensure that font size and drawings are legible to the audience.
  3. Participants are advised to adhere to the time limit.
  4. An expert committee will judge the presentations, and the best presentation/s will be awarded.
  5. The presentation should be given to the A.V. Incharge 30 minutes before the session.

📊 Poster Presentation (Offline)

  1. The poster should be self-explanatory to enable comprehension by visitors even in the absence of the authors.
  2. The poster must contain: Title, Authors (with presenting author name underlined), Affiliation and Address.
  3. Use minimum font size 14 so that the poster can be read from a distance of about 1 meter.
  4. Poster presenters are responsible for mounting and removing their posters on the designated board by poster number.
  5. Materials for putting posters on the poster board will be provided by the organizing institute.
  6. An area of about 1 M × 1 M will be available for poster display.
  7. An expert committee will judge the poster presentation, and the best presentation/s will be awarded.

📋 General Guidelines for Online Participants

  1. Join the virtual meeting link at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of your session.
  2. This will facilitate technical verification and smooth coordination with the session chair and technical team.
  3. Remain available online until your presentation is completed.
  4. Log in using your full name (as mentioned in the registration) to enable the technical team to identify and admit you promptly.
  5. Please send your PowerPoint presentation in advance, which can be used if there is any technical glitch at your end during the presentation.

  2. Participants are required to compile their work into a maximum of 4 PowerPoint slides, clearly covering the objectives, methodology, key results, and conclusions.
  3. Please ensure that font size and drawings are legible to the audience.
  4. Participants are advised to adhere to the time limit.
  5. An expert committee will judge the poster presentation, and the best presentation/s will be awarded.
